We specialize in individualized programs for wellness. We use results from 23andMe testing, translated through a Variant Report software tool (MTHFRsupport.com). The Variant Report software tool generates a 19 page list of SNPs (aka, the Variant Report). Based on your SNPs (single nucleotide polymorphisms) and health history, we create individualized programs for wellness. Doctors Data, Genetic Genie, Livewello and Dr Yasko's methylation SNP reports may also be utilized for this purpose.
We use principles derived from current biochemical and physiological scientific knowledge for the purpose of promoting health while recognizing biochemical individuality, based on "expressing" SNPs. We assess your nutritional needs to achieve normal physiological function. Assessment includes the use of appropriate functional testing (e.g., Genova Diagonistics testing) and observations such as case history, anthropomorphic measurements, physical signs, laboratory tests, and nutrition/lifestyle analysis to determine the individualized program for wellness. Assessment also provides the basis for referral to a licensed physician, or other health care professionals.
Your individualized program for wellness may include, among other information, nutrition/lifestyle modification, nutritive supplementation, understanding of physiological/biochemical pathways, and evoking of regenerative processes.
If you are a Clinician and would like some assistance with including a client's SNP results into the clients treatment plan, please send me an email (email@example.com), and I'll send you some information regarding assisting.
The Compendium 1 is currently 330 pages and includes the following SNP categories:
- Phase 1 and 2 Liver Detox SNPs
- Methylation SNPs
- Alcohol SNPs
- Histamine SNPs
- Neurotransmitter SNPs
- Mitochondrial SNPs (Electron Transport Chain)
This SNPBit Compendium 1 is a compilation of four years of research gathered by Sterling and Cynthia, and our associate Carolyn Ledowsky.
The current SNPBit Compendium 1 will be updated shortly. Its next edition will include updates to the current enzymes/SNPs, additional sections/pathways such as the Pentose Phosphate Pathway, and more.
